The Learn & Earn programme is designed to provide law students with meaningful exposure to legal practice during their summer or semester breaks, while offering an opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional environment.

The programme is open to students who have completed their first, second or third year of study. Participants are typically placed with the firm for a period of one to three months, generally between June and August, where they will be introduced to the workings of a leading law firm.

During their placement, students will be guided in conducting legal research and, depending on their assigned practice group, may also have the opportunity to assist in due diligence exercises, attend client meetings, observe court proceedings and support lawyers on day-to-day legal matters. This structured yet practical exposure enables students to gain a deeper understanding of legal practice and the diverse areas of law within the firm.
