Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Corporate Advisory, or related practice areas;
• Proficient in conducting legal due diligence;
• Experienced in drafting prospectuses and shareholder circulars;
• Exposure to capital market transactions such as Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Rights Issues, and employee share schemes;
• Strong writing, drafting, and analytical skills;
• A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
