Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in banking and finance, corporate finance, financial services, or related practice areas;
• Proficient in drafting and reviewing loan agreements, facility agreements, security documents, and financing documentation;
• Experienced in conducting legal research and reviewing financing and security arrangements;
• Exposure to syndicated loans, corporate financing, project financing, and other banking transactions;
• Strong writing, drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills;
• A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
